This page covers how to sign in to TRAX, the login options available, and what to do if you can’t get in.
Where to log in
Each organisation has its own dedicated TRAX subdomain in the format:
https://yourorganisation.traxapp.co.nz
If you’re not sure of your organisation’s subdomain, check the welcome email you received when your account was set up, or contact your TRAX administrator.
Don’t know your subdomain? Head to app.traxapp.co.nz and sign in with your email and password. You’ll see a list of every workspace your account belongs to and can jump straight into the right one. This is also the easiest path if you’re a member of more than one organisation.
Sign in with email and password
On the login screen, enter:
- Your email address (the one your account was created with)
- Your password — use the eye icon on the right of the password field to toggle visibility if you want to check what you’ve typed
- Click Login
Sign in with Xero
If your organisation uses Xero, you can skip the password step entirely by clicking Login with Xero. You’ll be redirected to Xero to authorise the connection, then sent back into TRAX automatically. This is the recommended option if you already use Xero day-to-day.
Don’t have an account yet?
Click the Sign up link below the Login button to create one. You’ll need your organisation’s TRAX subdomain to register.
Trouble signing in
Forgotten password. TRAX does not currently have a self-service password reset flow. If you’ve forgotten your password, please contact TSO support and we’ll reset it for you.
Wrong subdomain. If the login page won’t accept your email, double-check you’re on the correct organisation subdomain — accounts are tied to the workspace they were created in. If you’re not sure which one, sign in at app.traxapp.co.nz to see all your workspaces.
Xero login not working. Make sure the email address on your Xero account matches the one your TRAX account was set up with. If they differ, contact support.
